McDonald’s is seeking a dedicated Crew Trainer to train and guide new crew members, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, food safety standards, and high-quality customer service. The role involves coaching, monitoring performance, and supporting daily operations to maintain excellence across the team.

Crew Trainer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Previous experience in fast food or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.

Responsibilities:

• Train new crew members on standard operating procedures.
• Demonstrate proper food preparation, hygiene, and safety practices.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Monitor crew performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Support shift operations and assist in achieving service targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
• Assist managers in identifying training needs and skill gaps among staff.
