NOVAPONS D.O.O. is seeking skilled Construction Workers specializing in Masonry, Carpentry, Formwork, and Shuttering to join its construction projects in Croatia. The successful candidates will perform various structural and finishing works, ensuring quality workmanship while complying with project specifications, safety regulations, and construction standards.
CONSTRUCTION WORKER
Qualifications:
- Applicants up to 45 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in masonry, carpentry, formwork, or shuttering.
- Must possess a Certificate of Employment (COE).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in the safe use of hand tools and power tools.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction work.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform construction work related to masonry, carpentry, formwork, and shuttering.
- Construct, install, and dismantle formwork and shuttering systems for concrete structures.
- Lay bricks, blocks, concrete, and other masonry materials according to project requirements.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wooden structures and formwork accurately.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and work instructions.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure work is completed according to quality standards and project timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Perform other construction-related duties as assigned by the employer.

- Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
