Construction Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- At least a High School Graduate
- Male applicants are preferred
- Experience in:
- Oil & Gas Projects
- Petrochemical Plants
- Refineries
- Heavy Industrial Facilities
- TESDA or other technical training certificates are an advantage
- Must have valid proof of experience such as:
- Certificate(s) of Employment (COE)
- Other supporting employment documents
- Overseas experience is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and industrial work practices
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed according to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, blueprints, and construction procedures.
- Monitor workforce productivity and assign daily tasks to construction personnel.
- Supervise site operations and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Enforce compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and identify deficiencies or potential issues.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and corrective instructions to workers when necessary.
- Monitor project progress and report accomplishments, delays, and challenges to management.
- Implement corrective actions to address project risks, safety concerns, and construction issues.
- Ensure all work activities are carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with project requirements.
