Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Commas is responsible for preparing and cooking food items to the highest standards, supporting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist in mise en place for service and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Monitor food stock and report shortages.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Train and guide junior kitchen staff when needed.

Requirements:

• Updated CV
• Passport Copy
• COE (Certificate of Employment)
• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
