Job Talent is recruiting for TK Accelis Materials for a CNC EHRT Operator position in Belgium. The successful candidate will operate CNC punching and bending machines to manufacture precision copper busbars used in electrical cabinets and server infrastructure. This role requires experience in metal fabrication machinery, technical drawing interpretation, precision measurement, and safe material handling.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 25–45, as specified in the supplied vacancy.
• High school graduate with technical vocational education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC EHRT Operator or in a closely related metal fabrication role.
• Proven experience operating CNC press brakes, metal punching machines, or bending machinery.
• Experience with EHRT machines, particularly the EB 40 model, is an advantage or specific employer preference.
• Able to independently read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings, CAD layouts, and fabrication schematics.
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, protractors, and other precision measuring tools.
• Experienced in selecting, changing, and adjusting punch and die sets for copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals.
• Familiar with dimensional tolerances and manufacturing quality control.
• Experience operating a forklift for handling raw materials; valid certification is a strong advantage.
• Experience operating an overhead traveling crane; relevant certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of machine setup, calibration, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.
• Good working knowledge of English for understanding technical specifications and communicating with colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail, technical understanding, and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-conscious, organized, and able to work effectively in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate EHRT CNC punching and bending machines, including EHRT EB 40 equipment, to manufacture copper busbars.
• Read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings, CAD layouts, CAD/CAM specifications, and fabrication schematics.
• Produce metal components according to required dimensions, technical specifications, and tight manufacturing tolerances.
• Select, install, change, and adjust punch and die tooling for processing non-ferrous metals, particularly copper and aluminum.
• Measure and inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, protractors, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Perform dimensional quality checks to ensure products meet engineering and production requirements.
• Carry out daily machine checks, calibration, tool changes, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor machine problems and report technical issues that require further attention.
• Operate forklifts to move palletized copper bars and raw materials when authorized.
• Use overhead traveling cranes to transport and load heavy metal stock safely when trained and authorized.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe production workstation in accordance with workplace safety and 5S principles.
• Follow machine operating procedures, quality standards, and material-handling safety requirements.
• Communicate with production colleagues and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow and meet production targets.
