Ladun Investment Group is seeking an experienced Cleaning / Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations in hotels, resorts, or managed facilities. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining efficient housekeeping operations.
CLEANING / HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotels, resorts, or facilities management
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Schedule work shifts and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
- Conduct inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure quality and compliance
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed
- Handle guest requests or complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain health and safety standards within all housekeeping operations
- Prepare reports on housekeeping performance and staff productivity
