Accountant

Qualifications:

• 12–15+ years of progressive senior executive experience managing both finance and core business operations (CFO, COO, VP of Finance & Operations, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Executive Leadership & Strategic Planning

• Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team on company strategy, long-term business planning, and capital allocation.
• Translate corporate vision into actionable operational roadmaps, financial targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as an ambassador and key representative for the company in meetings with financial institutions, investors, key clients, and strategic partners.

Financial Management & Strategy (CFO Responsibilities)

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cash flow management to support business growth and profitability.
• Accounting & Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring full compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Capital & Risk Management: Manage debt, equity, and banking relationships; evaluate M&A opportunities; and implement robust internal risk management and audit controls.
• Resource Optimization: Direct cost-control initiatives, working capital optimization, and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning.

Operational & Supply Chain Leadership (COO Responsibilities)

• Logistics & Supply Chain: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, inventory management, procurement, fulfillment, and distribution channels to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Negotiate high-level contracts with 3PLs, freight, manufacturing, and technology vendors to ensure service delivery and margin expansion.
• Process Improvement: Standardize operational workflows, build scalable systems, and leverage technology/automation to streamline cross-departmental productivity.

Commercial & Revenue Execution (Sales & Marketing)

• Sales Growth: Align financial goals with sales operations; oversee pipeline management, pricing strategy, and incentive structures to drive top-line growth.
• Marketing Strategy: Guide the marketing team in budget allocation across digital, brand, and customer acquisition channels to ensure optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Customer Lifetime Value: Monitor go-to-market performance metrics to harmonize commercial strategy with financial realities.

Human Resources & Organizational Development

• Talent Strategy: Direct HR in talent acquisition, executive hiring, compensation structures, performance management, and retention strategies.
• People Culture & Compliance: Foster a collaborative, high-performance company culture; ensure strict compliance with labor, employment, and workplace safety regulations across all operating jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
