We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in a high-volume catering and hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations in bulk cooking settings.

Chef De Partie

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Up to 30 years old
• 2 to 3 years of experience in bulk cooking, catering, or hospitality kitchen operations
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Familiarity with catering kitchen operations and workflow
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to set recipes and standards
• Assist in bulk food production for catering operations
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen section
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation
• Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely meal preparation
• Follow all safety and sanitation regulations in the kitchen
