Elite Global Facility Management Services is seeking a skilled Carpenter to perform construction and installation tasks in open building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with wood and other materials, assisting in structural works, and ensuring quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards.
CARPENTER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a carpenter or steel fixer in open building construction.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans is an advantage.
- TESDA NC II certification in Carpentry or Reinforcing Steel Works is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.
- Assist in steel fixing and general construction activities as required.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely.
- Interpret basic construction drawings and plans when needed.
- Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
