Job Vacancy: CAREWORKER

Tokyo Busonkai Social Welfare Corp. is seeking qualified Careworkers to provide assistance and support to individuals who require care in their daily activities. The successful candidate should have relevant caregiving experience, demonstrate appropriate care skills, and be willing to complete the required skills assessment and medical examination.

CAREWORKER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• With relevant work experience in caregiving or care-related services.
• Must be willing to undergo a skills or trade test to demonstrate skills and experience.
• Must be willing to undergo the required medical examination at a DOH-accredited clinic.
• Medical examination costs are payable to the DOH-accredited clinic.
• Caring, patient, responsible, and compassionate attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a care team.
• Willingness to work in Japan and adapt to the employer’s workplace environme

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal needs.
• Assist clients with mobility and safe movement when required.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals under care.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior to supervisors or appropriate healthcare personnel.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily care requirements.
• Follow established care plans, workplace procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain the privacy, dignity, and comfort of clients at all times.
• Work cooperatively with other care staff and supervisors.
• Maintain proper records and documentation as required.
• Follow all employer policies and applicable care and safety regulations.
