CALL CENTER AGENT

Qualifications:

• Female, aged 21–40 years old.
• Experience in call center or customer service is preferred.
• First-time applicants or ex-abroad candidates are welcome.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• No visible tattoos.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients.
• Update and maintain customer records accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information
