Buyer (Technology Products)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PRONTO or similar ERP systems.
• Technology Product buying experience is a MUST

Job Description:

• Oversees and maintains inventory through analysis, ordering and shipping coordination.
• Research, analyze, and forecast current and future buying trends, markets, styles, and products with attention to specified target market and demographics.
• Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiates contracts with suppliers.
• Assesses financial risks of purchases.
• Constantly researches Tech products online and through discussions with relevant stakeholders to
  maintain understanding of new products and trends.
• Continuous dialog with internal stakeholders to ensure optimum stock levels are maintained in the
  business.
