Trillion Company is seeking a skilled and reliable Butcher to prepare, cut, and handle meat products while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and experienced in meat preparation and handling.

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants preferred.
  • Age 21 to 40 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a butcher or in meat cutting.
  • Knowledge of meat preparation, handling, and food safety practices.
  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting.
  • Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Valid passport for employment purposes.
  • Previous experience in a retail or food handling environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat products according to customer and store requirements.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of meat products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Assist customers with meat selection and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
