Qualifications:
- Open for male and female applicants.
- Age requirement: 22 to 38 years old.
- Must have experience in a related bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Knowledgeable in bookkeeping procedures, financial documentation, and record management.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and highly organized.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and bookkeeping documents for management review.
- Reconcile cash, bank statements, and daily financial transactions.
- Organize and maintain accounting files, records, and documentation properly.
- Coordinate with hotel departments regarding billing, payments, and financial concerns.
- Assist in payroll preparation and expense tracking when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all accounting and financial information.
- Support daily administrative and office operations as needed.
- Follow company financial procedures, accounting standards, and workplace policies at all times.
