Seerah Operation & Maintenance Company is seeking a skilled Boiler Utility Foreman to supervise, coordinate, and maintain boiler and utility operations in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and efficient operation of boiler systems, manage utility teams, and enforce maintenance schedules and safety protocols.

Boiler Utility Foreman

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Boiler Foreman, Boiler Operator, or in industrial utility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of boiler operations, steam systems, and industrial utility equipment.
• Ability to supervise, train, and manage a team of operators and technicians.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Technical or vocational certification in mechanical/utility operations is preferred.
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of boiler and utility personnel.
• Monitor and ensure efficient operation of boiler systems and auxiliary utility equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of boiler and utility systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Prepare and maintain operational and maintenance reports.
• Train and guide junior operators and maintenance staff.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
