McDonald’s is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized beverage station, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Previous barista or food service experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus (training provided).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all drinks.
• Take customer orders and handle payments when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly and welcoming experience.
