Qualifications:

• Female.
• 28 years old and below.
• Previous experience in food and beverage (F&B) or fast-food operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Customer-service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and working for extended periods.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, company procedures, and food preparation standards accurately.
• Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, customer service, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverages and other food and menu items according to Subway recipes, procedures, and brand standards.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items as assigned while maintaining proper portioning and presentation.
• Prepare and serve coffee, cold beverages, and other drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure the freshness, quality, and proper storage of ingredients throughout the day.
• Measure and portion ingredients accurately to maintain consistency in every order.
• Operate coffee machines, beverage equipment, kitchen appliances, and other restaurant equipment safely and efficiently.
• Check equipment before use and report any malfunction or safety concern to the supervisor.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous, and professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and assist customers with menu selections, promotions, and available options.
• Handle special dietary requests and customized orders according to customer requirements and company procedures.
• Ensure orders are prepared correctly and served promptly.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and handle minor customer concerns professionally, referring more serious complaints to the supervisor.
• Follow applicable Saudi food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations, as well as company standards.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, counters, utensils, coffee equipment, food preparation areas, and other restaurant equipment regularly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen and service area throughout the shift.
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures and help minimize food and beverage waste.
• Participate in opening and closing cleaning and preparation procedures.
• Monitor ingredient and supply levels and inform supervisors when items need replenishment.
• Assist in receiving, checking, storing, and organizing food and beverage deliveries.
• Follow proper stock rotation procedures to minimize spoilage and maintain ingredient freshness.
• Work closely with Sandwich Artists, cashiers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Support the team during busy and peak service periods while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Assist with POS operations and customer payments when assigned.
• Follow proper cash-handling procedures when responsible for payments or cash transactions.
• Attend company training on menu updates, food safety, beverage preparation, customer service, and workplace procedures.
• Follow company policies, workplace safety rules, and instructions from supervisors and management.
• Perform other food preparation, beverage service, and restaurant duties as assigned.
