BAKER

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Baker
• Experience in industrial food manufacturing plants, large commercial bakeries, or FMCG food companies is preferred
• Strong knowledge of industrial baking processes and production techniques
• Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP) and quality control procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Physically fit and willing to work rotational shifts (early mornings, weekends, and holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, cut, and shape dough according to standardized recipes and production requirements
• Measure and combine ingredients accurately
• Operate industrial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and production tools
• Produce a variety of baked goods including bread, croissants, cakes, and related products in large quantities
• Monitor baking processes to ensure product consistency, quality, and timely production
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and quality control standards
• Support production targets and ensure efficient workflow in the bakery
