ADMIN ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred in this role
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Minimum High School or diploma in any field from a reputable institution.
• Must have god written and oral communication skills.
• Good computer skills, especially in MS office software.

Responsibilities:

• Admin Assistant provides general administrative support within the site such as gate passes, RP renewal updating, Passport renewal updating HR Data Base updating, Project Badge Processing, leave forms and travel request process & follow up regarding
• Maintain the department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality within the HR department.
• Responsible to arrange One day, Temporary and permanent gate pass.
• Project Badge issuance and processing
• Arranging staff induction, and ensure all new employee receive induction handbook and send the signed tear off to head office for record keeping.
• Data entries in the system
• Keep track of renewals of RP, Passports, medicals, Food Handler Certificate
• Follow up staff transfers within the company to ensure smooth transfers and relevant documentation is completed and sent to project/site
• Responsible to immediately report staff incident, injuries or any unethical practice or valuation of company rules & regulation to HR Supervisor/Manager and Project Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
