ON-CALL CLEANER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience in residential, commercial, or hospital settings.
• Strong background in on-call cleaning services.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties for extended hours.
• Professional appearance with good personal hygiene practices.
• Hardworking, reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties in residential, commercial, and healthcare facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and disinfect assigned areas according to company standards.
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, offices, patient rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies while following safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to on-call assignments and complete tasks within the required timeframe.
• Inspect cleaned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged property, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure work areas remain organized.
• Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times.
• Deliver professional and courteous service while working independently or as part of a team.
