PAPER CUP MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Paper Cup Machine Operator.
  • Knowledge and ability to perform paper cup quality analysis.
  • Experience adjusting machines based on quality inspection results.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical adjustments and machine troubleshooting.
  • Ability to operate and monitor paper cup production equipment effectively.
  • Good understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
  • Able to speak and understand English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor paper cup manufacturing machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
  • Perform quality checks and analyze paper cup products based on required specifications and standards.
  • Adjust machine settings according to quality results and production requirements.
  • Perform basic mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting to maintain machine performance.
  • Monitor machine operation, identify issues, and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
  • Ensure finished products meet quality, safety, and production standards.
  • Conduct routine machine checks and maintain proper operating conditions.
  • Record production data, quality results, and machine adjustments as required.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and company production guidelines.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
