Hoa Hiep Engineering Co., Ltd is looking for an experienced QC Supervisor to oversee quality control activities for steel structure fabrication and industrial equipment works in Vietnam. The successful candidate will ensure that all fabrication, welding, assembly, inspection, and testing activities comply with project specifications, international quality standards, and client requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
QC SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a QC Supervisor in Steel Structure Fabrication and Industrial Equipment Works.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding inspections, quality control procedures, and structural steel standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality documentation.
- Familiarity with international quality standards, inspection methods, and quality management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate quality control activities throughout steel structure fabrication and industrial equipment projects.
- Ensure all fabrication, welding, assembly, and installation works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable industry standards.
- Implement and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and inspection schedules.
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, fabricated components, welding works, dimensional accuracy, and finished products.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies when required.
- Identify quality issues, issue non-conformance reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Review and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, material traceability records, and test results.
- Lead and mentor QC inspectors while ensuring consistent implementation of quality management systems.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and project teams to achieve quality objectives and project deadlines.
- Promote compliance with workplace safety policies and quality assurance procedures.
