Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience with Bistro Group, Moment Group of Restaurants, or similar restaurant chains is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality management, and customer service standards.
  • Proven experience in managing both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation, licensing, and workplace safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
  • Manage Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service excellence, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, performance, training, and development.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, operational expenses, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate and oversee special events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, licensing, labor, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular operational inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain company standards, policies, and brand requirements across all restaurant operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
