Aureol Global Connections is seeking skilled and experienced Plasma Cutting Operators for deployment to Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating plasma cutting equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precise and high-quality metal cutting operations in accordance with safety and production standards.
PLASMA CUTTING OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of relevant work experience in plasma cutting, metal fabrication, or related industrial operations.
- Knowledge and experience in operating CNC or manual plasma cutting machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans.
- Skilled in measuring, cutting, and preparing metal materials accurately.
- Familiarity with metal fabrication tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of working in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in steel fabrication, shipbuilding, construction, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Operate plasma cutting machines and related fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate cutting of metal materials according to project specifications and technical drawings.
- Inspect materials and finished cuts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain plasma cutting equipment as required.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company operational standards at all times.
- Coordinate with supervisors, fabricators, and production teams to meet project deadlines and production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of work areas and equipment.
- Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
