Eathai Restaurant Co. WLL is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef specializing in authentic Thai cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dishes, and maintaining efficiency in a high-volume restaurant environment.

SOUS CHEF (THAI CUISINE)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Chef specializing in Thai cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Thai cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu development.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, staff supervision, and food quality standards.
• Ability to control food costs, manage inventory, and optimize kitchen performance.
• Experience working in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing authentic Thai menus.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to food preparation and hygiene standards.
• Oversee food quality, portion control, and presentation of dishes.
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain kitchen efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and improve menu offerings.
• Maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
