SENIOR ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with prior involvement in 5-star hotel or resort projects.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture, Urban Studies, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and other relevant tools.
• Strong design, visualization, and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design buildings, developing detailed plans specifying materials, costs, and construction schedules.
• Work closely with clients and other architects to translate design concepts into practical, functional structures.
• Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare or supervise the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and other construction documents for contractors and tradespersons.
• Prepare bidding documents, participate in contract negotiations, and assist in awarding construction contracts.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for proposed building projects.
• Inspect ongoing construction to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Produce project-related correspondence, reports, and documentation.
• Identify and address environmental, legal, and regulatory issues related to building projects.
• Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software to visualize designs and communicate concepts effectively.
