ANALYZER TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants only.
  • Educational Requirements: High school / secondary (12th grade) or 10th grade plus vocational training; bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or industrial analyzer maintenance.
  • Proficient in installation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of process analyzers and related instrumentation.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
  • Strong adherence to safety procedures and operational standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team in a demanding industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair process analyzers and related instrumentation equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliable operation.
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
  • Ensure all work complies with plant safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to optimize analyzer performance and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and report equipment issues promptly.
