Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain control and automation systems for water and wastewater projects. The role involves PLC programming, SCADA system integration, and ensuring efficient and reliable plant operations.

AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in control and automation design for the water and wastewater industry.
  • Proficient in PLC programming on platforms such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, or Omron.
  • Hands-on experience with SCADA systems such as ICONICS, InTouch, Wonderware, WinCC, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Full valid driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, program, and implement automation solutions for water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Develop and maintain PLC programs using platforms such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, or Omron.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SCADA systems (ICONICS, InTouch, Wonderware, WinCC, or similar).
  • Collaborate with project engineers, operations teams, and contractors to ensure smooth system integration and performance.
  • Conduct testing, commissioning, and optimization of control systems.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including schematics, control logic diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
