SEWING MACHINE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants, 25–45 years old.
  • Skilled in repair and maintenance of various sewing machines.
  • Knowledgeable in making sewing accessories.
  • With experience in template/pattern making.
  • Experience in plumbing and electrical systems is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various industrial sewing machines.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Assist in the fabrication and preparation of sewing accessories and machine parts.
  • Support template and pattern making activities for garment production.
  • Inspect machines regularly and identify mechanical or electrical issues.
  • Ensure all machines operate efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with production staff to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of tools and maintenance areas.
