McDonald’s is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to gain hands-on experience in store operations and develop skills for future leadership roles. The trainee will support day-to-day store management, ensure operational excellence, and assist in maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop management capabilities.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Learn and implement company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance in the store.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with store managers to understand operational processes and develop leadership skills.
