ELECTRICIAN ( MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an electrician or maintenance technician
  • At least a high school graduate
  • Technical certification or apprenticeship is an advantage
  • Basic communication skills (English preferred)
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of wiring, electrical panels, and machinery to prevent breakdowns
  • Diagnose electrical faults using testing devices such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters
  • Repair or replace defective components and ensure proper system functionality
  • Install electrical components, fixtures, and wiring in compliance with electrical codes
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Follow safety standards and regulations (including OSHA and NEC guidelines)
  • Assist in upgrading and modifying electrical systems for improved performance
