RECEPTIONIST
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related role
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Male applicants preferred
- Preferably with at least 3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, concierge, or guest service agent
- Experience in a luxury hotel or high-end real estate company is highly preferred
- Previous Middle East experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and coordination of events when required
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist in organizing events such as children’s parties and special occasions
- Perform administrative tasks using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed
