Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in hotels, cafés, or coffee shops is required
• Skilled in preparing and serving tea, coffee, and beverages
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, reliable, and customer-service oriented

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to guests and staff
• Ensure beverages are prepared according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry or serving area
• Monitor and restock beverage supplies as needed
• Provide courteous and prompt service at all times
• Follow hygiene and safety standards in food and beverage handling
• Assist with other related duties as assigned
