Job Talent is seeking experienced and skilled Technical Process Operators for a leading manufacturing client in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in glass bottling or related manufacturing, with hands-on expertise in glass forming, moulding, and industrial machinery troubleshooting.

TECHNICAL PROCESS OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in glass bottling or related manufacturing
• Diploma in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics)
• Experience with batch & furnace operations, glass forming, and moulding
• Basic knowledge of welding and mechanical systems
• Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills for industrial machines
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in high-temperature environments
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor glass bottling and manufacturing processes
• Handle batch and furnace operations, glass forming (hot end), and moulding tasks
• Work both outdoors (raw material handling) and indoors (control room operations)
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems of industrial machines
• Ensure all processes meet quality, safety, and production standards
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to optimize production efficiency
• Maintain accurate process and maintenance records
• Follow workplace safety procedures, especially in high-temperature environments
