RECEPTIONIST / CASHIER

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any relevant course from a recognized university or college.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in reception, cashiering, or hospitality.
• Open to male or female applicants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Professional demeanor and ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and reservation systems.

 Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain records of guest information, reservations, and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide information about the resort, local attractions, and services.
• Ensure accuracy and security of financial transactions.
• Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, emails, and managing reservations.
