Plumber

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plumber in commercial, residential, or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or emergency call-outs if required.
• Certification or formal training in plumbing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and system malfunctions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and reliable operation of plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, blueprints, and specifications for installations and repairs.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Assist with installation of fixtures, pumps, valves, and piping systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Coordinate with the facilities management team for upgrades or emergency repairs.
