Job Vacancy: PLASTERER

SHERPA D.O.O. is currently seeking experienced Plasterers to work in Serbia. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying plaster materials to walls and ceilings, ensuring high-quality finishing for both interior and exterior construction works.
PLASTERER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a plasterer.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- With basic communication skills.
- Ability to prepare surfaces, mix materials, apply plaster (skim/render), and install plasterboard.
- Physically fit with high stamina for heavy lifting and demanding construction work environments.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation: Clean surfaces, erect scaffolding, and cover windows and doors to protect against mortar and plaster.
- Application: Mix and apply plaster, sand, cement, and render to walls and ceilings for both internal and external surfaces.
- Finishing: Smooth, trowel, and texture surfaces to achieve a professional and paint-ready finish.
- Specialized Work: Apply protective coatings, repair damaged plaster areas, and perform decorative plasterwork when required.
- Technical Tasks: Read and interpret basic blueprints, understand building construction methods, and select appropriate materials for different surfaces.
