Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Experience as a Chef De Partie/Demi Chef De Partie / Commis Chef is a plus
- Knows how to take order and serve to customers
- Knows how to prepare hot and cold international cuisines
- Experience in preparing hot & cold beverages (Barista skills is a plus)
- Flexible & willing to work alone at a Bistro in a luxury residential community
- Knowledgeable in food safety & proper hygiene in the kitchen
- Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily operation of the front and back of house adheres to operating procedure guidelines
- Prepare hot and cold food items per recipe guidelines
- Adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
- Monitor supply levels and replenish as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all food-handling and sanitation regulations
- Prepares and serve ala carte food and deliver to tenants
