The Migration Agency is looking for compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to patients in various healthcare and community settings across Australia. The role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and overall well-being.

Personal Care Worker

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Care Worker or in a similar role
  • Proven experience in providing assistance, support, and direct care in healthcare, welfare, or community settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
  • Support patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Monitor and report changes in patients’ health conditions
  • Assist with medication reminders as required
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members
