Offset Plate Making Machine (CTP)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • With valid passport and documents
  • With 2 years experience in a manufacturing/packaging product
  • With good communication skills and flexible

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CTP (Computer-to-Plate) machines to create offset printing plates.
  • Inspect digital files for accuracy before plate exposure.
  • Mount and calibrate plates for proper imaging and alignment.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of CTP machines and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues in plate making and mockup preparation.
  • Report and escalate major equipment problems to maintenance staff.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in printing technology or graphic arts preferred.
  • Prior experience in CTP plate making and mockup preparation is desirable.
  • Knowledge of prepress workflows, color management, and offset printing
