Flexo Machine Operator

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • With valid passport and documents
  • With 2 years experience in a manufacturing/packaging product
  • With good communication skills and flexible

Responsibilities:

  • The Flexo Printing Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high quality printed materials on packaging substrates such as paper, film, or board.
  • Prepare printing cylinders, plates, inks, and substrates according to job specifications.
  • Set up and adjust the flexographic printing machine to achieve required print quality.
  • Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed.
  • Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance on the machine.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate major problems to maintenance staff.
  • High school diploma or technical certification in printing, graphics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a flexographic printing operator or in a printing/packaging environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of flexographic printing processes, inks
