HARDWARE TECHNICIAN/COMPUTER TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Between 21 years old to 40 years old.
  • With Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting multi-site environments in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage sectors.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proven hands-on experience in IT hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, networking devices, cabling, and other equipment
  • Familiarity with POS Systems, surveillance hardware (CCTV)
  • Basic understanding of operating systems and software configuration (Windows OS, device drivers, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel sites regularly.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and test hardware and related software across all company locations.
  • Maintain regular hardware checks to ensure smooth day-to- day operations and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with internal IT support for escalations and remote troubleshooting.
  • Maintain detailed service logs and documentation for all repairs, maintenance, and asset movements.
  • Replace or upgrade hardware components as needed.
  • Ensure all hardware setups meet company standards for functionality, cleanliness, and security.
  • Provide basic user support and training during on-site visits.
  • Support new location setups including installation of IT equipment and network connections.
