Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Strong leadership and proven team management experience
- Strong problem-solving & time management skills
- Passion for winter resorts & tourism
- Excellent communication skills (Japanese is a big plus!)
Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk, delivering VIP-level check-ins and check-outs.
- Mentor, energize, and empower your team to deliver excellence every day.
- Handle inquiries, & requests with charm, efficiency, and a warm touch.\
