Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Attention to detail Baking and dessert techniques
• Culinary School or Technical School: Attending a culinary arts or technical school can provide you with a more in-depth
  understanding of baking techniques, sanitation, and food science.
• Baking Techniques: A solid understanding of various baking techniques is crucial, including mixing, kneading, proofing, and
  decorating

Responsibilities:

• Baking and Preparation: Prepare and bake various breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to established
  recipes and quality standards.
• Recipe Development: Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items to enhance product offering
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized baking area, adhering to health regulations
