BUTCHER

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of previous experience as a Butcher
  • Must have IELTS UKVI with a 4.0 score per category
  • Must have Training Certificates in Meat Cutting or Butchery.
  • Capable in slaughtering animal & the removal of skin, hide, hairs & internal organs.
  • Keen on cutting or sawing carcasses into manageable portions (chops, joints, steaks).
  • Competent in removing bones, gristle, surplus fat, rind and other waste material.
  • Knowledgeable in preparing meat for curing or other processing
  • Must submit clear working videos performing butchery.
  • Newly renewed passport
  • Good English communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary is Php 203,000 gross monthly
  • Forty (40) Hours per week
  • Three (3) years contract, renewable.
