OPERATION ASSISTANT (TEAM LEADER)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Demonstrating desired behaviors and work ethic to inspire the team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring progress, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Assigning tasks effectively based on team member strengths and ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
