CNC Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ (relevant work experience)
• Must have worked abroad (at least 1 year)
• Good communication skills in English, motivated and reliable
• Must be flexible to work in any location in NZ
• Documentation-Updated resume, original COE’s, Old contracts and payslips
• Valid passport and driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations and set-up requirements.
• Measures, marks and scribes dimensions and reference points on material as guides for subsequent machining as necessary
• Selects, aligns, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials on machines as necessary to machine parts as required
