Site Superintendent (Facility Engineer)

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-5 years Technical/Engineering Courses.
• At least minimum of 5 years’ experience in review, implementation and improvement of
  construction and operational procedure.
• Knowledge in Facility Engineering, building codes and regulation’s.
• Strong understanding of facility design and constructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, co-ordinate, and control the operation & maintenance work covering 5 Departments such as Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection & Housekeeping.
• Manage the operation & maintenance of 49-Story High Rise Building with LV switchgear system, Generator, FACP, Fire Protection System, Chillers, HVAC, FAHU, AHU, FCU, Swimming pool, RO Plant & STP.
• Execute the repair and preventive maintenance in accordance with PMI’s.
• Perform monthly Generator test with load to ensure their effectiveness during emergency shutdown.
• Perform monthly wet & deluge Fire Protection system ensuring their readiness in case of Fire. Keeping to the control budget within the objectives established for the O & M project.
• Interface closely with client management representative. Liaise with contractors concerning MAP Projects
• Maintain a Warehouse for critical spare part (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection & Auto-parts). Conduct Tool Box meeting on weekly basis (HSE – PPE).
• Review and approved materials requisition and OT request prior to execution.
• Submit monthly report to management and client.
