Qualifications:

• Must be able to provide excellent Customer Service.
• Knowledgeable in food & beverage preparation (coffees / shakes / juices).
• Must have Health & Food Safety Standard Training Certificates
• Must be keen in Hygiene Standards
• Must have a strong understanding of and belief in teamwork

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and Americanos, according to established recipes and standards.
• Grind coffee beans, tamp espresso, and operate espresso machines with precision.
• Prepare other beverages such as tea, smoothies, and blended drinks.
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at Php 60,000 gross monthly
• Forty (40) Hours in six (6) days
• Annual leave is 21 days per year
• Two (2)-year contract, renewable
