Bidding Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or equivalent Graduate degree is an added advantage Professional certification from relevant institutions is an added advantage
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of the department’s budget in line with its annual business plan.
• Ensure effective and continuous financial performance monitoring for the department against the budget so that the organization is aware of
• Prepare and recommend the budget for the assigned area of responsibility in alignment to the respective annual business plan and in coordination with the Maintenance and Services Manager.
• Monitor the department’s financial performance against the Propose to the senior management team methods to attract new customers/businesses to ensure that Qatar Cool achieves its sales targets.
• Market and Feasibility Studies Oversee market and feasibility studies in coordination with relevant stakeholders (to ensure that any new endeavour is thoroughly analysed based on sound data and is in accordance with Qatar Cool’s business direction.
• Relationship Management Maintain relationships and oversee coordination with Operations and Services department in relation to proposals, creating and developing tenders, and customer service to ensure that operational and customer issues are addressed
